The library lounge at Sardinero was amazing. Jennifer served us wine, gummy bears, and strawberries. Every evening was a pleasure with such a comfortable and relaxing environment. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, close to all the major attractions. You can easily walk to the Prado gallery and Retiro gardens. The metro station is just next door, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a complimentary minibar and a view of the plaza. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, a great start to the day.

We loved this hotel for its convenient location, right next to a metro station. The room was clean and spacious, with a big bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the dining area with an excellent breakfast and comfortable lounge for evening snacks. The staff were very helpful, providing us with lots of guidance for our first visit to this city.

We stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, right at the metro station and in a quiet area. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities like a mini-bar and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the city view.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, even carrying my heavy suitcase for me. The rooms were super clean and elegant, with sparkling bathrooms and a lovely big shower. I was kinda surprised to find a complimentary mini bar in my room. The hotel's location was great, with most places within walking distance and a metro station right outside.
One minor quibble was that the lady at the breakfast room could have been friendlier. She seemed irritated when I couldn't remember my room number.

Convenient location with easy access to the metro. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-cared for. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to relax and take in the surrounding area. Numerous dining options in the nearby vicinity.
